We had a fantastic week full of celebrations @QAIS Grade 3!
We started our week with our Autumn Celebration!
We learned about the Mexican celebration “El Día de los Muertos”, a beautiful celebration of life where Mexican people remember their loved ones who are not longer with them in this life… In collaboration with our friends from Grade 2 we learned to make “Papel Picado”.
For our third Literacy Circle we shared a story related with the Mexican Tradition “El Día de los Muertos” María’s Celebration!
We loved our Math thinking together times where we shared different strategies we use to solve and create Fact Families with addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division…
Learning about Forces and Motion is giving us the opportunity to be creative and start shaping our summative assessment… stay tuned!
And we had a great sharing Assembly!
We had an awesome end to our week with some Yoga time!
We are very proud of your constant effort on becoming the best version of yourselves!!!
